I. Earth Day - Sustainability Fair

II. EWB National Conference

March 27-30th, 2008 in Seattle, WA at UW
Review of what the attendees learned
Dane:
- be a social activist
- EWB is not just about engineering
- Happiness: take a nap
Amanda:
- Picking a project:
  - consumer involvement of the NGO
  - ensure there is a means of good communication between the community and the project team
    - through NGO or through some other point person
  - keep in mind the scale of the project
    - may change after assessment trip
    - always be flexible
Trahern:
- retain younger members
- small local projects (Agua Prieta, Habitat for Humanity, playground building)
- connect with other chapters

III. Ghana Funding

Need funding to make next trip and to start building
