President

Duties: Administer all business concerning the organization; act a liaison between membership and external organizations; arbitrate over meetings; represent EWB-UA at conferences, student government meetings, and faculty meetings.

Taskforce: Projects and Processes
Locate/investigate outside projects, Develop and Maintain a Projects Manual, Develop and Maintain a Club Procedural Guide, Maintain a Club Forms Database, Develop/expand the UA course credit process.

External Vice-President

Duties: Act on behalf of the President in his or her absence; assist in all business concerning contact with the public, external organizations, relations with corporate contacts.

Taskforce: External Capacity Building
Develop and Maintain Professional Mentor Network, Publish regular EWB@UA Newsletter, Recruit Faculty and Staff in related subject areas, Involve/Recruit Community members who active in related topics, Increase Community Visibility/Profile.

Internal Vice President

Duties: Be responsible for internal affairs (relations with UA administration, faculty, and students); be responsible for communication between the Board of Directors, the membership, and the University of Arizona; act on behalf of the President and External VP in their absence.

Taskforce: Internal Outreach
Grow membership, Increase EWB@UA's visibility on campus, organize campus related events and fundraisers

Secretary

Duties: Maintain membership list; be responsible for communication of information to members; announce meetings, record minutes of meetings and distribute them to members; maintain and update website.

Taskforce: Communication
Website maintenance/development, Online Agendas & Minutes and Solicit membership feedback/surveys.

Treasurer

Duties: Manage all money received or disbursed; be responsible for documentation of all income and expenditures; be responsible for developing the budget for the organization.

Develop internal (UA) funding opportunities, Investigate outside funding strategies and Maintain Club Accounting and bookkeeping.
